Step 1 -- ASI Course Registration - for all courses:

To view, download, or print the Course Registration form please use this link.  Complete the form and submit to All Systems Installation, along with your payment, to reserve your seat in the class.

Please submit your Course Registration form by fax to ASI's Training Department:  (763) 593-9980.  Or e-mail completed and signed forms to web.trainer@allsysinst.com.

Step 2 -- Exam Application (for BICSI courses):

Each student must complete the BICSI exam application for the class being taken. 

Select the appropriate link, below, for the class you wish to attend.  Submit the form, along with exam fee, to BICSI as indicated on the form.
